How do I return an item?

Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customers however, due to health and safety regulations, not every product can be returned or exchanged for store credit. To make the process easier for our valued customers, we've broken down the details exactly what is returnable, and when you can expect to receive store credit.

You can return the following items for exchange or store credit: 
If your merchandise hardware (ecig kit, cartomizer, atomizer, tops) arrive DOA (dead on arrival) please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for instructions for mailing them back to us for replacement or store credit. 

Additionally, e-cig kits can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of the item receipt date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping charges will not be credited. 

The following items are non-returnable: 
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on e-juice. Due to the nature of Atomizers, Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Tanks we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products and no warranty is available. Only if the hardware is DOA, and you've contacted us within 2 days of receiving your order to notify us, will a credit/exchange be accepted. 

International Returns: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept international returns at this time. Any items that are shipped internationally are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you discover a service failure related to any international shipments (e.g. damaged or lost in transit, shipping error, etc) please contact us as soon as possible and our team will resolve the situation for you.
